Jiu Jistu

Our coaches provide the highest level of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, with a focus on values and character. We provide a positive and encouraging environment, to give the kids a real sense of accomplishment and pride in what they learn each day.

The class is an hour of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, starting with a warm up and then focusing on body weight manipulation, throws, take-downs, joint-locks, and chokes. The Lil’ Champ classes also incorporate fun games into class to keep it interesting.

We encourage all our students to compete, as it helps build confidence and gives us a great opportunity to teach good sportsmanship. We like to see all of our students win and lose with pride and excitement.



Kickboxing is an amazing exercise for all age groups. Not only does it condition the entire body, but it builds muscle strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, agility and coordination all at the same time while learning actual boxing & kickboxing techniques.

Kids will punch and kick heavy bags, focus mits, coaches, and do partner drills with each other.

There is no sparring or getting hit in the head in this class. It’s a great way for your child to learn a new skill, build confidence, and burn off excess energy before you wind down for the day.

Our coaches teach with an emphasis on character and confidence building, setting a standard of good sportsmanship and respect for one another.
