Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a combative martial art and competitive sport that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu promotes the principle that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defeat a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique- most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be trained for sport, grappling tournaments, self defense, and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition. All classes are beginner friendly, and a great core and total body workout.

Sparring and live drilling play a major role in training, all of our coaches hold a high standard on performance.
